1no. UPVC double glazed French-doors.
18mm tongue & groove flooring with 90mm Celotex insulation including roof 50mm Celatex insulation on all walls.
Internal walls and ceiling covered with vapour barrier.
12 mm plaster board skimmed and decorated in a colour of your choice
Vinyl flooring
Electrical installation to include 4no double sockets, 2no up/down external lights & internal lighting rail
We offer a full installation package (Turn-key)
from design to decoration stage in Phase 2
